At our core, we specialise in delivering software products and services tailored to support health service providers in effectively managing their practices. This means that in accordance with our Service Agreements, we may have access to including patient personal, sensitive, and health data, which we refer to as “End-User Data.”

Any access to End-User-Data exclusively used for the delivery of our services as part of our service agreements.

Personally identifying information is not transmitted, and only anonymised statistics are recorded. 7.2 Our mobile applications may collect your device’s location data, including precise GPS location and approximate location, solely for the purpose of enabling distance calculation features within the application. 

7.3 Location data is collected only while the application is actively in use and is not collected in the background. 

7.4 You may withdraw consent for location access at any time by adjusting your device settings under Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Permissions. Please note that disabling location access may limit certain features of the application. 

7.5 We do not sell, share, or disclose your location data to third parties, except where required to deliver our services as outlined in Section 3, or as required by law.

9. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

9.1 We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law.

9.2 As a health technology platform, health and medical records managed through our software products are subject to mandatory retention periods in accordance with applicable Australian legislationincluding the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and relevant state-based health records laws. Records are generally retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of the last entry, or until a patient reaches 25 years of age, whichever is later. 

9.3 Where your personal information is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, and is not subject to a legal retention obligation, you may request its deletion by contacting us using the details provided in Section 12. We will investigate and respond to your request promptly. Please note that health and medical records stored within this system cannot be deleted upon request during any applicable mandatory retention period. Where a deletion request cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you of the specific reason in writing.
